One of the greatest occupational hazards of being a follower of Jesus is that what began as a deeply personal encounter with God, deeply personal relationship with Jesus, and a deeply personal life change, can easily become impersonal, religious, cold, and distant. So the question we're asking this series is "How do you come into and then cultivate a deeply personal relationship with God, not just acknowledge a religion about God or live life resigned to a distant, cold religion that we are all susceptible to?"
